About Kiara

Kiara Peralta — MA, LPC, NCC, and Founder

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in social justice and advocacy.

With more than 12 years of clinical experience, I have worked across a variety of clinical settings supporting children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

My professional background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, substance use concerns, and identity-related challenges. I also have experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex mental health needs from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Today, I specialize in working with ambitious, high-achieving women who appear to have it all together on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, self-doubt, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many of my clients are used to carrying heavy responsibilities, prioritizing others, and pushing through stress while feeling disconnected from themselves in the process.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a multicultural and trauma-informed lens alongside evidence-based practices to help you build insight, regulate emotions, strengthen your sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel seen, grounded, and empowered — helping you move from survival mode into a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
